GENERAL INFORMATION
This Preliminary Information Form ("Form") is intended to inform you, our valued customers (Consumers), in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts dated November 27, 2014, regarding the sale and delivery of the products whose basic features and price are specified below, and the legally required notifications, before a Distance Sales Contract ("Contract") is concluded and the consumer enters into a payment obligation.
1. SUBJECT
The subject of this Form covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the products sold by Ultra Coffee Specialty ("SELLER") to the customer ("BUYER"), the features and sales price of which are specified.
If the BUYER confirms the order, they agree that they will be under the obligation to pay the price subject to the order and any additional fees, if applicable.

4. SCOPE OF THE FORM
4.1. This Form determines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the presentation and sale of the products whose features and sales price are specified in the User Agreement, Distance Sales Contract, and other Agreements on the Site, in relation to the product(s) ordered by the BUYER from the SELLER via www.ultracoffeespecialty.com.
4.2. The basic features of the good(s)/product(s) are available on the SELLER's website www.ultracoffeespecialty.com.
4.3. The prices listed and announced on the Site are the sales prices including taxes. Prices announced for a limited time are valid until the end of the specified period.
5. GENERAL PROVISIONS
5.1. The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have confirmed the Form electronically and have obtained the information that must be provided to them by the SELLER accurately and completely.
5.2. After the completion of the order, an information message indicating that the order has been received by the company will be sent to the BUYER.
5.3. Upon completion of the product purchase, an e-invoice or e-archive invoice will be sent to the BUYER's specified address.
5.4. Credit card payments are subject to the contract provisions between the bank and the BUYER.
5.5. The BUYER acknowledges that if they cannot make the payment for the order, the SELLER will not be under any obligation to provide any services.
5.6. Product delivery will be made to the BUYER's address within 10 days at the latest.
5.7. The SELLER is responsible for the delivery of the product in a sound, complete, and compliant manner according to the specified features.
5.8. The BUYER will inspect the product upon delivery and will not accept damaged products.
5.9. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER within 14 days after receiving the product.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. The BUYER may return products with unopened packaging within 14 days of delivery.
6.2. The documents required for the return must be sent to the SELLER along with the product.
6.3. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for hygiene-sensitive and perishable products such as food products (coffee and filters).
7. OTHER PROVISIONS
7.1. The BUYER declares that they have read the content of this Form and obtained the necessary information.
7.2. The documents on the Site are integral parts of the Contract.
8. COMPLAINTS AND AUTHORIZED COURT
8.1. The BUYER may convey their problems to the SELLER via the communication channels specified above.
8.2. The BUYER may lodge their complaints with the consumer arbitration committee or court in their place of residence.
This Preliminary Information Form has been read and accepted by the BUYER electronically.
