Collection: ULTRA RARE EDITION

In the world of coffee, some varieties carry a signature of their own through their character. With its floral elegance, extraordinary aromatic intensity, and refined cup profile, Gesha is one of the most distinguished names in this exclusive world. Surma Natural comes from the exclusive Surma production area of the Gesha Village Coffee Estate in the West Omo region of Ethiopia. Gesha's natural elegance combines with meticulous production and the mastery of the natural process. The aromatic layers that unfold with every sip and the lingering sweetness transform this lot into an exceptional Gesha experience.

Some coffees tell a unique story, not only through the region where they are grown but also through the genetic heritage they carry. Surma Washed is a special Gesha lot we selected from the Gesha Village Coffee Estate, located in the West Omo zone of Ethiopia. Gesha Village is situated approximately 20 kilometers from the Gori Gesha forest, where the Gesha variety is naturally found. Wild Gesha seeds collected from this forest played a significant role in the establishment of the farm. For this reason, Gesha is not just a name here. The geography where the coffee is grown, the genetic material used, and the production approach are all parts of the same story. Surma Washed is a washed-processed Gesha selected from within this story. Aiming to express the character of Gesha more clearly with its clean, elegant, and aromatic structure, this coffee brings together the geography of Gesha Village and the character of the variety in a single cup.

Las Virginias, coming from Santa Bárbara, one of Honduras's elite coffee-producing regions, is a special Geisha lot that ranked 5th in the 2025 Cup of Excellence with a score of 88.78. The Cup of Excellence is a prestigious competition that identifies the world's most high-quality coffee lots through international jury evaluation. Las Virginias rising to fifth place in this selection makes it one of the most remarkable coffees in Honduras for 2025. Grown at an altitude of 1,650 meters, this Geisha variety acquires a unique cup character thanks to Santa Bárbara's microclimate and the producer's meticulous approach. This coffee presents a competition lot that has proven itself on the Cup of Excellence stage, now as part of the Ultra experience.
