Even a single defective bean can alter the character of a cup. That is why every batch of coffee is carefully inspected before roasting. After roasting, the beans are re-checked and sorted to remove quakers, broken, insect-damaged, over-fermented beans, and any other defects that could negatively impact cup quality.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Your orders are handed over to the courier by 15:00 on weekdays and by 11:00 on Saturdays. Orders placed after these times will be processed on the next business day.
A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is handed over to the courier company. For standard shipments, it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be reflected in the systems.
At Ultra, we ship our coffees with a freshness-focused approach. The coffee you purchase will not have a roast date older than two weeks from the shipping date.
All shipments are carried out via contracted courier companies. Currently, in-store pickup or alternative delivery point options are not available.

Coming from the Huila region of Colombia, this profile is roasted to preserve the bean's natural intensity. Cocoa, roasted hazelnut, and natural sweetness are reflected in the cup, maintaining the same harmony in every brew.
Whether as an espresso or in milk-based recipes, it maintains its balanced structure without losing its character. Thus, even if the preparation method changes, the signature in the cup remains the same.
